Sunway Lagoon

                                HEY!!! Guess what yesterday was, for you guys who guessed Pineapple Day, WRONG!
For you guys who guessed My B-Day, CORRECT! Yep, yesterday was my b-day!! And to celebrate the occasion, on Nov 5 I went to Sunway Lagoon with my best friends, Tiffany and Caroline!! (FYI: I'm Juliet in Our Trip and other stories but I'm much more younger than in the stories). Well, let's review:

~Water Park~
Water Park has 2 areas that bring you DOUBLE the fun!!
Waters of Africa is the theme for this land of spills and thrills. Some attractions include:
• African Pythons (Half open slide)
• Cameroon Climb (Inverted double tube)
• Congo Challenge (Six lane, head first slide)
• Kalahari Kids – This specially designed area for younger children has a foot deep wading pool. It is also themed to look like an African village, with huts and a Masai warrior guarding the entrance.
• Lake Kariba
• Little Zimbabwe (Children play area)
• Tube Slides
• Voodoo Adventure - Draped in African tribal artefacts, motifs and decorations, Voodoo Adventure will put visitors into a transition from the usual city environment to an exotic African village.
• Wave Pool
• Zambezi River

Sunway Surf Beach
Sunway Lagoon  is home to one of the World’s Largest Man-Made Sandy Surf Beach, a title also recognised by the Malaysia Book of Records. Stretching over 13,000 square meters, Sunway Surf Beach is capable of churning out perfectly shaped waves up to the maximum height of 8-feet. The ability to condition the waves according to the needs of the surfers in terms of height, time and wave patterns, Sunway Surf Beach is definitely a surfer’s paradise for both professional and aspiring surfers.


~ Amusement Park~
The Amusement Park is made up of the two following themes to wow visitors from all walks of life.
Wild Wild West brings visitors back to an old Western cowboy town. Experience the fun of the following attractions:

• Chief Crazy Horse Carousel (for children)

World of Adventure
World of Adventure is the mysterious part of the park where adventure comes alive! The attractions here are:

• Pedestrian Suspension Bridge – Malaysia Book of Records Holder for 428 metres length
• Pirate’s Revenge - Malaysia’s first and only 360-degrees rotating pirate ship that will swivel you to 24-meters above ground level.

• Tomahawk
• Wagon Wheel


Wildlife Park
The Wildlife Park is one of the latest attractions at the premier multi-park destination, Sunway Lagoon. It is an interactive and educational zoo featuring exotic, small and friendly animals from a range of birds, reptiles and mammals. The interactive concept behind our zoo encourages guests to not only see and learn about the animals but to get up close and personal.


Extreme Park- I couldn't go there so, no review.


Scream Park
Sunway Lagoon always keeps the entertainment fresh by adding new attractions; with that in mind, Scream Park was created to provide an intense, exhilarating and LIVE! interactive ‘scare’ experience. I don't recommend this to people who get scared easily.


Nite Park The fun now rolls into the night with the all-new Nite Park! Set in a rockin’ Country & Western theme, the Amusement Park is brought to live at dusk with bright carnival lights and a newly refurbished Fun Fair complete with games, activities and the prized giant teddy bear.
